What are the best job boards for your recruiting dollar?

Software Advice, an HR & recruiting technology review service that connects businesses with software vendors, recently published the results of its survey to determine which job boards provide the best ROI for employers. , recently published the results of its survey to determine which job boards provide the best ROI for employers.  To conduct this survey, Software Advice partnered with independent research firm, Research Now, as well as the Recruiting Process Outsourcing Association and The National Human Resources Association to collect 150 responses via email invite from human resources recruiters in the U.S. and Canada in early June 2014.

Not surprisingly, LinkedIn was found to deliver the highest quality of applicants when compared with competitors like CraigsList, Indeed, and Monster.  LinkedIn and Indeed were both found to be the best resource for attracting quality mid-level talent:

We are surprised that ZipRecruiter, which recently announced a $63M investment, was not included as part of this survey, perhaps because their service aggregates job across other job boards, and doesn’t act as a stand-alone job board, at this stage.
